Brian is one of Britain’s best known chefs, a familiar face on out TV screens over the years, and known throughout the industry for his work with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, of which he is now president. Michel Roux Jnr

The two-Michelin-starred executive chef of London’s legendary Le Gavroche restaurant is one of the hospitality industry’s most respected ambassadors and a household name. Son of Albert Roux – and nephew of Michel Roux, the brothers who revolutionised dining in the UK, Michel Roux Junior has followed in his family’s footsteps when it comes to pushing standards in British gastronomy. He’s also a keen runner – and has taken part in the London Marathon more than twelve times.

Theo Randall

Having earned a Michelin star at the renowned River Cafe in West London, Theo is famous for his faithful renderings of traditional Italian cuisine – and is chef proprietor of Theo Randall at Park Lane’s Intercontinental Hotel in London. In 2010 he published ‘Pasta’ – a cookbook exploring the Italian mainstay – and he continues to raise standards for Italian food in the UK.

After spending years working for high-end contract caterer Searcys as head chef at the Gerkin’s private restaurant, Arnaud has opened his first restaurant in Marble Arch. At SixtyOne he applies his classical skill to pristine British produce, in delicious dishes like wood pigeon with parsley risotto.

Sam Williams

South-African born Sam headed up the hot kitchen at the London 2012 Olympics – and it was here the she impressed her mentor Angela Hartnett, who would go on to offer her a job working at Murano in Mayfair. Sam then went on to open Cafe Murano, it’s more informal little sister as head chef in 2013 – and has won critical acclaim for her simple, delectable Northern Italian cuisine.
