SAFETY & SECURITY:

How secure are my card details?

All payments are made via Worldpay, our secure payment provider, we do not personally hold card details on file.

Can I change my password?

Yes. You can change your password within your ‘My Account‘ page, by clicking on ‘edit your password and account details‘.


ORDERING:

How do you acknowledge an order?

An email acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you straight after you place your order. This will confirm to you the details of what you have bought, and the address to which the issues will be sent.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes, subscriptions make great gifts. You can choose a different delivery address when you sign up. No contact will be made with the recipient about their subscription prior to receiving the first issue, so as not to ruin the surprise!

Can I order pre-issues of the magazine?

Yes, you can purchase pre-issues from our ‘Order Pre-Issues‘ page. Please note these are subject to availability.

Can orders be done by telephone?

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to take subscription orders by telephone.


DELIVERY:

How do I change my address/contact details?

You can change your details within your ‘My Account‘ page. Alternatively you can email us at sbcmag@rmedia-communications.co.uk telling us your username, and your updated details.

What if an issue doesn’t arrive?

Simply email us at sbcmag@rmedia-communications.co.uk telling us your username, name and address, and we will check that we have your correct details and arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.

What if a magazine arrives damaged?

Simply email us at sbcmag@rmedia-communications.co.uk telling us your username, and we will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.

How long does it take for magazines to arrive outside the United Kingdom?

Speed of delivery to subscribers outside the UK obviously depends on the quality of service provided by the various organisations along the way. The following airmail delivery times should be calculated from the date the magazine is published and are approximate: Europe – 3/5 days. Middle East/Africa/Asia/North and South America – 6/10 days. Asia-Pacific/Australasia – 11/15 days.


RENEWALS & CANCELLATIONS:

How do I renew my subscription?

All of our subscriptions work on a recurring billing system and will automatically renew on a year by year basis, you can cancel a subscription at anytime. Please note, we DO NOT hold any payment information, all payments are processed through our secure Worldpay payment gateway.

Can I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a subscription anytime within your ‘My Account‘ page, by clicking the cancel button under ‘My Subscriptions’. Please note that all subscriptions will run for the duration of the type of subscription brought.

Can I renew my subscription manually?

Yes. Simply login to your account, where you can renew your subscription at anytime.

When does my current subscription expire?

You can find out when your subscription is due to expire within your ‘My Account‘ page under ‘My Subscriptions’.


OUR ONLINE STORE (SELLING WITH US):

How do I Manage my Shop?

We give you a secure account so you can manage your Shop directly. You can set your products, upload product images, set prices, descriptions, ingredients, recipes, track orders, view sales reports and more!

How do I Package my Products?

It is your responsibility to ensure products are suitable protected so they arrive in perfect condition. You should use suitable packaging and padding materials to ensure safe transit.

Who Pays for Shipping?

Customers pay for shipping when they place their order*. You arrange delivery to your customer using your preferred postal or courier service. We deposit shipping fees to your bank account along with the sale payment. (*Excludes Free Delivery offers.)

How do Free Delivery Offers work?

With Free Delivery, you offer to Customers to get Free Delivery when they place a minimum order value.

How do I Ship Perishable Foods?

If your foods are very perishable (cheese, fresh meat, etc) you will need to use an additional insulated inner box and a cooling pack to maintain a lower temperature. Perishable foods should always travel by overnight courier.

Can I Link my Website to my shop on Seasoned by Chefs?
